Refunds and Exchanges

Thanks for shopping at POLARITY BRAND. Your satisfaction is essential, so if you are unhappy with your recent purchase, please return the item for an in-store credit. Refunds are offered on apparel that is not on sale, and items that arrive damaged en route to you by carrier. Clothing purchased on sale are final, and we will not accept returns on these items. 

You have 15 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return with POLARITYBRAND.COM. Any charges commenced after 15 days will not be accepted for an in-store credit.

All clothing purchases must be returned in original condition, unwashed and unworn, with original tags attached. Returns that show signs of wear, including sweat, make-up, deodorant, etc, will not be honored.

Palos Santos, Sage, Crystal purchases, and essential oils are final. 

All returned products are thoroughly inspected upon receipt, and if products are not in salable condition, your return will be denied, and such items will not be refunded. Sale items may not be returned.

All purchases must be pre-authorized for return. To receive a return authorization number, email us: polaritybrand@gmail.com with your order number, the merchandise you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Once you receive a return authorization number from customer service, please indicate the RA# on the outside of the box where it is visible. Without the RA#, the processing of your return may be delayed. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and POLARITY BRAND is not responsible for any return packages that are lost in transit.)

Refunds may take up to 15 business days.
